Registered Dietitian, Marie Spano, was a guest on WBAL-TV News in Baltimore, to show viewers how to entertain this summer with light fare that won’t weigh you…or your guests down.

Spano recommended New York Style Pita Chips because they’re baked and have half the fat and fewer calories than regular fried potato chips. She also loved that they come in a multitude of flavors and can be paired with your favorite healthy toppings, dips and spreads.
