Cherry tomatoes, bell pepper and green beans with garlic Parmesan toast croutons.


  • 1 pkg. Garlic Parmesan Panetini
  • ½ pint halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 6 oz. blanched green beans, cut into 1-inch-long pieces
  • 4 thinly sliced green onions


  1. Combine toast, broken into ½-inch chunks, tomatoes, peppers, beans and onions.
  2. Blend vinaigrette ingredients in blender or processor until emulsified.
  3. Combine vinaigrette with toast mixture; let sit 15 minutes to combine flavor.
