Cheese appetizer with an Italian twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. 8- to 11-oz. goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp. prepared pesto
  • 13 c. coarsely chopped pine nuts
  • 13 c. coarsely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • Sea Salt Pita Chips

Directions

  1. Place goat cheese on shallow plate and brush pesto.
  2. Combine pine nuts and tomatoes and sprinkle over goat cheese.
  3. Roll goat cheese in pine nut mixture, pressing mixture into goat cheese until evenly coated.
  4. Serve with New York Style pita chips.
